I'm continuing to get the following venus "crash":

../../src/iomgr.c:293: failed assertion `0'
16:57:37 Fatal Signal (6); pid 18656 becoming a zombie...

This is on solaris/sparc.  Any hints on where I should start looking
to find this one?  I'll see if I can get a current venus to do the
same thing on NetBSD.
