Hello!

A quick look at existing pam_coda modules did not reveal support for
kerberized Coda (may be I searched too little?), so I made a hack that
suits at least my needs. I tried to be as general as possible.

Tested with login, ssh, xdm. Your mileage may vary.

The module is heavily based on another pam_coda hack but it works
a bit differently and is not compatible with the prototype in any way.

I would like to avoid hosting on the web myself, but want to share a
reasonably useful piece of code.
