  That's a good one.  Any way I can extract that from the existing RVM image?

  I *THINK* I used

rdsinit /dev/hda1 /dev/hda2 0x1e04000 0x200000000 0x1c00000 0x200000 80 32

 on a 32256 block partition (1K blocks).

  But I can't be certain that's exactly what I typed.
