I forgot to add several steps I took

edit /vice/db/passwd.coda
500     changeme        admin user
502     abcdefgh        azmi tuan

initpw -k "drseuss" </vice/db/passwd.coda> /vice/db/auth2.pw

Should the username for the coda be the same with server /etc/passwd???
