Hi all,

I've finally gotten around to packaging 4.6.6, so there are now Debian 
packages waiting to be installed into the archives (project/experimental as 
usual).

I've rewritten the reinit shell script in bourne shell, so now there are no 
more csh scripts in Coda.

Also, in packaging up the new documentation, I cleaned up it's makefile a bit 
(and found that it tries to make a manpage for authmon, which no longer 
exists).
