Hello Linus,

Please find attached a Coda patch, please:

1. remove fs/coda/stats.c
2. apply the patch


What do we fix:

1. We exploit some of the new locking in the VFS layer - which makes our
life much simpler.
2. We removed old cfs_ prefixes and replaced them with coda_
3. We fixed a bug in readdir, and one in coda_psdev_close (thanks to Jan
Harkes for both).
4. We rewrote some of our kernel - cache manager communications

Nothing outside "Coda" space was changed.

NOTE: to use this you need a new version of Coda's cache manager.  We will
upload this on Monday.
