Thanks, it looked good so I've included the patch. You can either send them to 
codalist_at_coda, or to bugs_at_coda. Fixes for compile warnings are probably not 
very interesting for most readers of codalist_at_coda, fixes for bugs or probably 
are more relevant because other people might be having the same problems.
