About as much as the CODA Module is:

~ $ls -l /lib/modules/2.2.5/fs/c*
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 74802 Apr 27 15:09 /lib/modules/2.2.5/fs/coda.o

Additionally CODA has a 3.5MB footprint in /usr/(s)bin and all the
client deamons need about 10MB of RAM.
