Is your first box a client (and no server), and you are pointing
your client to testserver.coda.cs.cmu.edu ?  If this is the case, the
testserver does not have a coda user called jrs, so you can't clog.

If you indeed has a server (with the coda user jrs created), then
can you see what is in the server's /vice/auth2/AuthLog ?
