Your RVM is not being loaded properly.  That is quite a large
RVM (2G) and may be too big to mmap.  I currently run my
largest RVM at 1G.

What OS are you using?  If Linux, I'm quite sure that you can't
map 2G in the default location.   

What is the size of of your /vicepa partition?
