The key-2 file is not important, it is to allow for changing the auth2
token without invalidating Coda-tokens that have been obtained using the
previous token.

This is often an indication that the portnumber is already inuse, check
whether there are any `codasrv' processes still running on the machine
and if ports 2432 and 2433 are in use (lsof -i udp:2432 or netstat -a)
