configure --srcdir and --prefix

Oops, sorry.  LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/coda-test/lib fixes that.

I did notice that some part of venus is satisfied with liblwp.so.1,
but other parts are insisting on liblwp.so.2; isn't this a bad thing?

I still think that --prefix ought to tell the build to look in
$prefix/include for the includes.  (Even if that's not maximally
flexible.)

Oh, btw, all this is on Debian GNU/Linux, with kernel 2.4.0-test7 and
glibc 2.1.3.
