  When running createvol_rep, codasrv dies.
  /vice/srv/SrvErr looks like:
could not open key 2 file: No such file or directory
RVMLIB_ASSERT: Error in rvmlib_free

Assertion failed: 0, file "rvmlib.c", line 234
EXITING! Bye!

  I had all of my files in /coda backed up, so I reinitialized everything (by 
deleting all of the coda datafiles, doing a fresh make client-install, and 
make server-install, and running vice-setup.
