We have 20G half-filled running here.
Some of the limits also depend on 
average file size, so a news server 
will hold less that one with somewhat 
larger files.

There are known setups that use more 
than one server(-process) and provide
more storage this way, but I never touched that.

Yes, they're there ;-)

Reiser and ext2/3 are fine.
Back when there was a problem 
Jan was (is) fast to fix that ;-)
