Of course, venus could (and should) have its own idea of existing servers,
as much as the host administrator does care. In that sence "realms" file
looks like a suitable place for Coda cells public keys' fingerprints.

Then venus could use the "anonymous" tokens on behalf of any process,
when the process does not possess relevant ones itself.
