hiya. i'm hitting a new and exciting crash with coda. i *suspect* that's
because coda is trying to handle a large directory. here's what happened:

on the coda server:

23:19:44 Create returns 27 on mtl_1981.jpg 1000003.a28a.65f8
Assertion failed: 0, file "/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/coda-6.0.1/coda-src/vice/srvproc.cc", line 4193
EXITING! Bye!

on the venus client:

23:20:02 fatal error -- fsobj::dir_Create: (mtl_1981.jpg, 65e7ac08.7f000002.a28c.65f9) Create failed!
23:20:49 RecovTerminate: dirty shutdown (1 uncommitted transactions)
Assertion failed: 0, file "/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/coda-6.0.1/coda-src/venus/fso_dir.cc", line 96

on the venus client, after i restart:

23:23:54        (mtl_1981.jpg, 65e7ac08.7f000002.a28c.65f9) runt object being discarded...

note that the directory the file is in is 256k in size, which reminds
