Hmm, I have no idea. Coda builds fine in the pristine 'Linus' kernels.
Maybe it has to do with the invocation of make fs/coda? There shouldn't
be any strange dependencies outside of the fs/coda directory, but on the
other hand I think I used 'make SUBDIRS=fs/coda modules' to rebuild just
coda.
