On a debian unstable box updated and upgraded right before trying to compile
CODA, i get this error:

make[2]: Entering directory `/home/dave/src/distfiles/coda-6.0.8

I've successfully compiled lwm, rvm and rpc2. I can't find any reference to
PFIC in any of the source trees, except references of use, not declaration.

What do I need to install to get PFIC declared?
